Havenly is launching a new client experience in Boston's Seaport called Hideaway. Our 300-square foot space is a (very cute) one-stop shop for clients to meet with an interior designer in-person to solve a design challenge, shop for their home or design an entire space. We’re looking for Customer Experience Associates to join our in-store team, represent the Havenly brand, and ensure a fun and delightful Havenly experience to each person who walks through the door. You are the face of our brand, embody our values, and have a relatable and inviting attitude. If you’re located in the Boston area, and this sounds like a great fit, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a temporary position expected to run July - December.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome customers and acts as their first touchpoint with Havenly.
- Be an expert on the Havenly brand and on all Havenly services, including sharing personal design experiences.
- Contribute to the overall customer experience by helping customers schedule design appointments, select a Havenly package, and answering general questions.
- Help and execute in-store events, promotions, and parties.
- Model company standards in customer service by providing gracious, quick and efficient service with a sense of fun.
- Participate in the implementation of seasonal displays and decor.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and specials.
- Maintain the store presence ensuring that it remains clean, neat, and styled.
- Help prepare or recover the floor through opening/closing procedures.
- Be constantly looking for areas to improve both the in-store experience and overall customer experience.
- Be the voice of the Boston location to communicate customer feedback to management.
- Help and execute in-store events, promotions, and parties.

What You’ll Bring:
- Ability and desire to work 3-5 days a week, including weekend shifts.
- Impeccable customer service skills:
- Positive energy: You have a “no such thing as a stupid question” attitude.
- Retail/sales experience.
- Roll-up your sleeves attitude (no task is beneath you)
- Ability to identify opportunities, be creative and generate insights for improvement.
- Technical savvy - You quickly pick up new software and systems and are able to help customers troubleshoot issues they may be having with our app or booking software.
- Attention to detail - You’re ruthless about ensuring a neat/tidy environment where everything remains in its’ necessary place.
