Position Summary

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, possesses strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work for a major brand.


Job responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management of social platforms with the purpose of engaging multiple audiences
  • Manage updates to social media properties
  • Moderate and respond to comments
  • Engage with all social media conversations immediately when possible; all posts engaged within 24 hours of original time posted
  • Establish a consistent community culture and tone
  • Analyze the online conversation to guide engagement, advocacy strategy and use of content, including images and video
  • Monitor and participate in online conversation via posts to build brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Ability to identify negative commentary and react/respond promptly in an appropriate manner to mitigate any issue
  • Analyze social campaigns by reviewing and translating data into recommendations and/or plans for revising and enhancing social media activity
  • Generate analytic reports that detail the performance metrics for all active social media platforms
  • Monitor and report on new social and digital platforms as they arise
  • Work with the marketing team and business segments managers to determine product positioning via social media
