DESCRIPTION

This position is for an individual who thrives in a high-paced, collaborative environment, is detail oriented and is able to develop long-term professional relationships.  

Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Experience, the Manager is a role that supports the full ABG portfolio across domestic and international businesses.  They are responsible for domestic and international licensing partner communications, and the development and execution of corporate and consumer-facing events.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

INTERNAL SALES TEAMS

  • Manage the onboarding and training of internal sales teams on ABG brands, resources and processes.

  • Communicate and update all internal sales teams on key corporate and brand initiatives, tools and resources that support pitching and selling.

RETAIL PARTNERS

  • Oversee the onboarding and training of all new Global Retail partners.

  • Work with key partners to:

    • Review standards of execution across visual, marketing and operations.

    • Ensure partners are submitting seasonal compliance items.

EVENTS

  • Implement events briefing process.

  • Manage events calendar and workflow: Create, Update and Communicate.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams, marketing and PR to ensure all event needs are met. Checklists are itemized and crossed.

  • Events include but are not limited to:
    • Press Previews, Launch events, Pop Ups, etc.
    • Work with vendors to procure venues, props, materials, etc.
    • Procurement of branded product, props, event vendors, etc.
  • Support execution of Brand Experience initiatives i.e.: store events, activations, etc.

WEBDAM (DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT)

  • Manage and oversee webdam portal.

  • Account creation, management, and maintenance.

  • Training and Troubleshooting

PO’s

  • Manage and Oversee the PO process to ensure all PO’s are signed off on and process is followed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA in Business / Marketing

  • 3-5 years of experience working in marketing.  

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills a must.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • Domestic and International licensing and operations experience a plus.
