High school can be a real challenge sometimes. Between early morning wake-ups, classes you’re not particularly interested in, and tons of homework it can seem almost unbearable. But whoever said high school couldn’t rock? With a little help from Famous Footwear, your school could do just that.

As pre-collegiettes, you can enter your high school (as long as it’s in the U.S.) in Famous Footwear’s Rock Your School contest and win up to $75,000 toward educational improvements. But wait, it gets even better. The pre-collegiette who enters the winning school could win up to $25,000—and we all know you can’t say no to that!

From high-tech transformations and building makeovers, to bigger and better athletic and art programs, your school could do whatever it wants with its prize-money to make it the best it has ever been. But to win big, first you have to sign up.

Visit Famous Footwear’s Facebook page or download the Rock Your School iPhone or Android app. From there, just register, and in 200 words or less, share what your school would do with its winning funds to make it totally and completely rock. Upload a photo to go with it, and you’re ready to roll.

From now until Sept. 8 anyone can enter to win. But starting on Sept. 16, Famous Footwear will narrow the competition down to just 50 finalists. If you’re one of the lucky chosen few, have everyone (parents, teachers, students, the mailman, etc.) in your community vote daily to help your school come out on top. For every vote cast, Famous Footwear will add $1 to the grand prize. Rack up the highest number of votes and your school will most definitely be rocking this year.

Check in daily to see how your high school is doing on Famous Footwear’s Facebook page. The leader board will be constantly updated with the top 10 schools, and fingers crossed, yours will be one of them. Famous Footwear will announce its winner on or around Oct. 21 via Facebook.

So pre-collegiettes, what are you waiting for? Get ready to rock and sign your high school up today!
