You may still miss a few things about high school, but now that you’ve moved on to college, you’ve probably realized just how much more there is NOT to miss. Here are just a few of the things that we definitely don’t miss from those high school years.

1. Endless standardized testing such as the SATs,

ACTs,

SAT IIs,

and AP tests.

2. Applying to colleges.

3. Summer reading assignments.

4. Remembering our locker combinations.

5. Having gym class in the morning…

…and feeling sweaty for the rest of the day.

6. Having classes all day long.

7. School picture day.

8. School lunches.

9. Those awkward sex ed classes.

10. Waking up at the crack of dawn every day.

11. Supervised school dances.

12. Pep rallies.

13. Living with our parents…

14. …and having a curfew on the weekend.

15. Cliques.

16. Having endless busywork…

17. …and very little freedom.

We may still look back fondly on our high school years, but mostly, we’re glad to have moved on to bigger and better things!
