Greetings from New York, collegiettes! Sorry for not checking in with everyone on Thursday... finding time to blog on this trip hasn't been easy! I'm briefly in the city for a fashion merchandising study tour through UGA and it has been absolutely wonderful thus far. The group and I have been meeting with all sorts of interesting people in the industry, from Siegel & Stockman to Tommy Hilfiger, Honor NYC and more (seriously living the dream this week, y'all). Since I've been so busy, quick little restaurants have become my new best friend. Guess what collegiettes?!  I'VE OFFICIALLY FINISHED MY FRESHMEN YEAR OF COLEGE!  How crazy!  This past week has been tough with all the stress from finals, studying, and papers.  Plus it's been sad saying goodbye to all the new friends I've made at school.  I find it incredible how quickly this year went by, and as excited as I am to go home, I am definitely going to miss the people here and just being at Amherst in general.   With the immense time crunch from everything that comes with the end of the school year, it's hard to find time to go to the gym.  However, that does not mean you can't...
Hello collegiettes! I hope everyone is having a great Friday. So, I was in the kitchen this morning, feeling a bit creative, and thought about how I can have more of my Zico Coconut Water without drinking it plain. The obvious solution to my dilemma: making a unique smoothie. The only restrictions I had were that it had to have coconut water in it, the ingredients had to be found in my fridge, and I wanted to incorporate protein so that it would hold me over until lunch.
