Hello collegiettes! So sad I only have 2 posts left before the end of the program. This also marks the end of my first full week back at my job in New York City, which has taught me a few things. Hope you all had a great week collegiettes!  I love being able to see all my friends from home again!  All I want to do is my spend my time with them, but it's still important that I make time for exercise.  Here are some easy actions you can incorporate to your daily life to burn a few extra calories here are there: Park in the farthest spot away from the store, restaurant, etc. Take the stairs Walk and talk- when you're on the phone, pace instead of sitting down!
