Join Us in Celebrating National Women’s Health Week!

It’s never too early or too late to work toward being your healthiest you! Make your health a priority and join Her Campus in celebrating National Women’s Health Week from May 13th through May 19th.

Led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health (OWH), National Women’s Health Week helps women of all ages understand what steps to take for better health. To join in on the fun, OWH encourages you to:

As NWHW kicks off on Mother’s Day, it’s only fitting to encourage your mom, grandma and other women you love to get involved! OWH offers checklists for every age bracket that outline what you can do to improve your health and well-being.

Get on your social platforms and tell your friends and family what you wish you knew about your health, and ask the women in your life to share their wisdom, too. Use #WhatIWishIdKnown and #NWHW together in your posts to spread your advice on health, self love, and the ups and downs you may have encountered along the journey!

Remember to follow the Office on Women’s Health on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest and follow @hercampus on Instagram and Twitter for fun and healthy content all week long!
