Join Her Campus in Celebrating National Women’s Health Week

Collegiettes, it’s never too early or too late to work toward being your healthiest you! Make your health a priority and join Her Campus in the National Women’s Health Week celebration May 8-14.

You should also encourage your mom, grandma and other women to get involved! OWH offers checklists for every decade that outline what you can do to improve your health and well-being. Get together with your friends and family, whether they’re in their 20s or 90s, and pledge to take at least one of the steps on the checklist for a healthier life!

You can also get involved with NWHW on social media! Use #NWHW in any messages you share, and follow the Office on Women’s Health on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest
