Boost Your Speed With Extra Strides After Your Run

If you’re used to running three or four miles a few times a week, then chances are you’ve got your routine down pat. You know which treadmills are the best at the gym or which trails you prefer in your area. You know when you prefer to run, whether it’s in the morning before your day gets too crazy or in the evening after everything settles down. You fall into a rhythm. And though it’s great to maintain that kind of healthy habit, why not change things up a little?

If you’re looking for a great way to boost your speed and loosen up your hips, then consider adding extra strides after your run! This extra strides running workout from Women’s Running will keep your stride length fresh, and the almost-sprints will make your hips happy after your usual three-to-four mile run. You’ll be running faster than ever in no time!
