Now, I ain’t no seasoned traveler, but after this summer, I can say I have a study abroad trip under my belt that makes my belly feel more pleasantly full than three Thanksgiving dinners. Through a faculty-led program, nineteen UT students and I got to study international nutrition in Singapore and Vietnam, and I’d like to share about our travels.
