Being a self-proclaimed emotional eater, I have to believe that  the phrase “crunch time” comes from the fact that when there’s tons of stress and things to do, people start crunching—on snacks that is.

Today I went to lunch with my mom at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in town, Baja Fresh. I was shocked, but happy, to see that the restaurant included a calorie count for every item on the menu, and you wouldn’t believe the amount of calories in some of the items up there!
