I remember wanting to be one of the friends in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants growing up because they were just *so* cool. Now, I might get to re-live my childhood obsession because there’s a *high* chance we are getting a third installment. I know, I’m screaming too!
While on The Tonight Show this week, Alexis Bledel revealed that they’ve already pitched the idea for a third movie. “We don’t get to see each other a lot because everybody’s work or family and everything, but when everybody is in town we do—and we just pitched a third movie and I hope it comes together,” she told Jimmy Fallon. “It would be so great.”
Uh, yeah it would.
Since there’s still a chance that it won’t come to fruition, I’ll be crossing my fingers. There’s been a lot of time between the second installment and now, so I wonder if they will be adults or if they will act like no time has passed. I mean, either way, I’ll be at the theaters opening night to see what they come up with.
Is anyone else obsessed with how they always go out when they’re in town?! I can only imagine how fun it will be to see them share the screen again. Say your prayers for the magical jeans!
