Michael B. Jordan is stealing hearts everywhere, and apparently also causing people to ruin their dental gear with his sexy a** self.
Sophia Robb, an 18-year-old from San Francisco is one of those that can attest to that. In an interview with Buzzfeed, Sophia explained that she had seen a tweet going viral with a screenshot from Tumblr about someone who had a strong reaction to one of the scenes in the film (The scene she is referring to is when Killmonger [Michael B. Jordan] takes his shirt off before fighting to become the king of Wakanda. *Swoon*), only to realize that the story was about her.
“I pressed my tongue against my permanent retainer and clenched my jaw so hard that the wire disconnected from my teeth,” she told Buzzfeed.
Robb made her way to the orthodontist to get her retainer fixed, where she said she was initially embarrassed to tell him how she broke it. But, they laughed about it and she probably thought that was going to be the end of it. Little did she know, her orthodontist happens to be active on Tumblr and shared the story with his followers.
Once Robb realized that her story was going viral, she revealed on Twitter that the post was about her. “Wait. That girl is me,” she wrote.

After Buzzfeed published the article about Sophia and the infamous Tumblr post, Michael B. Jordan actually began following her on Twitter. You should go thank your orthodontist, girl! And to make matters even better, Sophia no longer has to worry about paying for her new retainer. Why? Because MICHAEL B. JORDAN OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT!
