While we were all heartbroken back in August after adorable AF celeb couple Chris Pratt and Anna Faris announced they were separating, we can at least take comfort in the fact that they clearly still love and respect each other.
Proof? Chris opened up about Anna for the first time since their separation and he had nothing but sweet, super kind things to say about her. Following Anna’s appearance at the Emmys as a presenter, Chris, who was out elsewhere in L.A. that night, was asked by a TMZ paparazzo about his former wife’s first major appearance since their separation. To say there are no hard feelings would be an understatement.
“I know she did great. Anna did an amazing job, man. She rules. Her and Allison, they both looked great,” he told TMZ, referring to Anna’s co-presenter Allison Janney. He even offered up a shoutout to her show. “Go watch Mom on CBS,” he added.
While my heart is still shattered, it will (eventually) go on knowing that while they’re no longer together, there’s no bad blood between the two of them.
