We’re counting down the months until Game of Thrones returns for its seventh season, but celebrities are using this dwindling time to campaign for a cameo on the hit HBO show. GoT casting director Carla Strange said in a Metro interview that some top celebs send her “gifts” in exchange for being considered for a guest spot on the show.
“We get really strange things and letters and emails from people trying to get our attention,” Strange explained. “One person sent playing cards where every playing card has their face on it doing a different emotion. Really classy.”

Seeing as stars like Coldplay members and Richard E. Grant have been given small roles on the show, there’s still hope that some celebrities’ greatest wish could be granted in the time GoT still has on air.
