Ashton Kutcher Just Dropped ~Details~ About His First On- & Off-Screen Kisses With Mila Kunis

If you don’t think Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are the cutest couple in the history of the world, what Ashton told Howard Stern on his radio show Wednesday may change your mind.

From watching That ’70s Show, we all know the couple was a match made in heaven, but there’s a lot more to how they became an item. It all started when Mila and Ashton shared their first on-screen kiss—Mila’s first kiss ever—as Kelso and Jackie. Get this: It was awkward!

“It was really weird. I was like, ‘Isn’t this illegal? Like can I—am I allowed?'” Kutcher told Stern. “It was really awkward because I’m like a 19-year-old kid.” Ashton added that he wasn’t into Kunis, considering her age. “She was 14! She was like my little sister. I wanted to make sure she was okay.” Aww, how sweet.

Though Ashton was looking out for her rather than pursuing her, he said that Mila thought he was attractive back then, although she’ll deny it. “She has like, a journal or like, a diary from when she was a kid where she wrote, ‘Oh, this guy’s hot.’ She thought I was cute!” I mean, can you blame her?

“At first I think she thought that I was good looking, and then shortly thereafter, I was just annoying to her, because I was like a big brother,” he said. “It was like, ‘He’s annoying, because he’s always looking out for my best interest.'” How did they not see the signs earlier?!

Though the couple obviously had a very friendly beginning, things changed years later when their relationship became more like their movies, No Strings Attached and Friends with Benefits. Ashton said it was “weird and fast.”

Thanks to a housewarming party Ashton was hosting, he and Mila eventually kissed IRL, this time sealing the deal. “I think I was smoking cigarettes at the time, and I was still a smoker,” Kutcher recalled. “And she had quit smoking and she was like, she wanted me to like shot gun a cigarette smoke so she could breathe it in and I was like, ‘All right.’ And I started doing this. And gradually through the night, it got closer and closer and closer.” Damn, they weren’t messing around.

“You know, she missed smoking,” Kutcher said. “I think it was pretty mutual, it was kind of obvious that things were happening.”

And things definitely did happen, as the couple are now happily married with two children. Seriously, the cutest thing about Hollywood.
