Last night’s episode of Rise was one of the best yet. We finally made it out of the rehearsal room and got a look at how the events of the last seven episodes have affected the lives of the characters. I’m not going to lie—the last few weeks of Rise have been tough to watch. I was considering jumping ship and returning to re-runs of my beloved Smash. But during last night’s episode, I shed many tears and buckled up for the rest of Rise’s freshman season.
