It was incredible to do the research and see the "possibilities." So to get in the spirit of the article, I picked up a bag of dark chocolate Hershey kisses... we're not going to talk about how fast they disappeared.
If you're a person of discipline, the little "perks" could be worth it. I'm just not that person. Chocolate will still be one of those special occasion delights for me-- I'll just feel a little better about myself when I splurge next time.
