The Easiest Way to Find an Internship (Anywhere in the Country!)

There’s nothing we’re looking forward to more than summer. Beach days, cut-off shorts and bonfires? Yes, please! The only thing that we aren’t looking forward to is the stress of finding a summer internship. Internships, as we all know, are really important; 82 percent of hiring managers want the recent graduates they hire to have completed a formal internship before leaving college.

Internships prepare collegiettes for their future careers, but sometimes they’re so hard to find! Luckily, we just found out that Chegg, a website where you can rent textbooks and get homework help, is partnering with Internships.com to help us out. Internships.com matches students with internship opportunities based on their school and major at places like Vera Wang, J.P. Morgan and Hermès of Paris (AKA super legit businesses that will look awesome on resumes)!

Chegg and Internships.com have thousands of listings for you to browse through—more than 70,000 internships in 4,000 cities! That means that no matter where you end up this summer, you’ll be able to find an awesome internship that fits with exactly what you want to do. Seventy-seven percent of recent grads who had an internship before entering the “real world” say they felt prepared for employment, while only 59 percent of those who lacked similar work experience felt prepared. Definitely don’t pass on this opportunity!

Once the whole internship thing is under control, it’ll be so much easier to daydream about ice cream cones and beach parties. Ugh, can’t it be summer yet?
