Internships, as we all know, are really important; 82 percent of hiring managers want the recent graduates they hire to have completed a formal internship before leaving college.

Seventy-seven percent of recent grads who had an internship before entering the “real world” say they felt prepared for employment, while only 59 percent of those who lacked similar work experience felt prepared.
