Gainesville Fashion Week’s fifth season recently wrapped up as they hosted some of the industry’s hottest designers, artists and musicians. Rent the Runway, Project Runway’s Laura Kathleen and Macy’s were among those who participated in the events which were held April 11 to April 15. Lili Aquino, a fourth year public relations student, worked with the talent committee. On the talent committee, she dealt with the designers, hair salons and makeup artists. Their job was to book and communicate with the talent, making sure they were up-to-date. |
