HCM Homemade Pinterest Projects1/23/2012 |
Freshman Abbey Theban (HCM photographer) made this Pinterest-inspired project by taking a hair dryer to a row of crayons. Abbey also crafted these hanging decorations over break for her room. Junior Connie McCollom (HCM photographer) printed all of her favorite inspirational phrases pinned to Pinterest then put them in old frames found around her house and a few more bought to complete the collection. The frames are mounted on the wall with 3M command stickers above her desk. Connie found this frame at Goodwill. She took out the original photo, cleaned the frame, and painted the frame blue. Then connected string to the edges of the frame and using paper cilps attached more clever phrases or photos printed from Pinterest. Connie and her roommate Kathryn Darst painted this tree mural for their apartment living room. |
